Pristine, modern, and so comfortable with a million dollar view! We stayed in Vico Equense as a home base to explore the coast and loved this peaceful and beautiful retreat. A true hidden gem and only a 10 minute train ride to Sorrento! We also have no words for how wonderful and warm our host Amedeo was. He was so responsive and gave us excellent recommendations for our stay. He also arranged a private transport back to Naples for our train ride back to Rome. We do recommend private transport to and from Vico if you are arriving via Naples. The regional train is not for the faint of heart! 10/10 recommend Sea View and Amedeo for your trip!
Amedeo was one of the most helpful and gracious hosts we’ve ever encountered. He was quick to respond and provided several specific things we asked for. The apartment is a beautifully modern interior renovation in a historic building. Every detail was perfectly thought through, from bathroom and shower details to closet space, to the mixed use of the living, dining, kitchen space. An in-unit washer was so helpful! Lots of refrigerator space, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv for a rainy evening. The unit is very well secured. It is walkable to everything in Vico Equense, and the nearby train/bus station makes Sorrento and Napoli easily reachable. Amadeo offered excellent detailed tips for how to get around and offered many local suggestions. The balcony is a perfect place to sit and enjoy glass of wine — with an incredible view of the Gulf of Napoli! This is an exceptional unit, and Amadeo is a delightful host. Reach out to him before making your excursion and transport plans!
Sea View was an excellent experience from start to finish. The apartment was stunning. It appeared as though we were there first tenants. It was bright, airy and immaculate. The view was outstanding and the location could not be beat. Just a 5 minute walk to the train, across the street from shopping and restaurants all around. Amedeo was an amazing host. He could not do enough for us. He provided us with all the info we could want and was extremely gracious. He even carried our bags and arranged for transport to the airport. Overall an
awesome experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Sea View.
Wow! By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The place was pristine with an amazing view of Naples and Mt Vesuvius. The host: Amedeo! He met us up and gave us a detailed walk through of the apartment which was stocked with
everything we needed. He was extremely friendly and honestly one of the best people I’ve met in Italy. He cares about his guests experience & provided us a bunch of recs around Vico and Naples. My wife and I are extremely grateful for his hospitality. Location: if you’re looking to jump around the Sorrento and Amalfi coast look no further than Vico!! From a cost perspective, prices were fair and came with a much chiller environment. We were able to do day trips to
